Welcome to my blog!

My name is Lisa. I grew up in England (mostly) and then moved to California in my teens. I’ve lived in five other countries countries, Portugal, Barbados, Brazil, Italy and Vietnam; and every country has taught me about life, myself and how to be a human.

I believe we are all just creatures of the human race, and how we express our humanness is our personal choice and should be limitless. I believe to human is a verb, and we can decide what that looks like for ourselves based on whatever on this planet we choose as inspiration.

I wanted to start this blog to share my own experiences trying to find who I am and how I work. My cultural experiences, career, pursuit of health, pursuit of love and attempts to understand how the world and people in it work…
